Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the company IDS SUPPLY / OCEAN PARK and any customer making a purchase on the website www.ocean-park.fr.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are clothing and accessories of the brand OCEAN PARK.
Each item is presented with a detailed description and non-contractual photos.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
They do not include delivery charges, which are specified before order validation.

Article 4 – Order

Any order placed on the website www.ocean-park.fr implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The customer receives a confirmation email after their order has been validated.

Article 5 – Payment

Payments are secured and managed by Shopify Payments.
Accepted credit cards are specified during the ordering process.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after payment validation.
Deliveries are handled by Colissimo and Mondial Relay in France and Europe.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return costs are at the customer's expense.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, to the following address:

Article 11 – Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the competent court will be that of the registered office of IDS SUPPLY / OCEAN PARK.
